That’s why we’re introducing Small Business Launchpad.
Launchpad is a 4-week growth program for active Paystack merchants in Nigeria running small and medium-sized businesses. It’s designed to help selected businesses strengthen how they run, sell, manage money, serve customers, and grow.
Applications are now open for the first cohort, which begins on August 27, 2026.
What you’ll get
Businesses selected for Small Business Launchpad will get access to practical support during and after the program, including:
3 months of free processing
After completing the program, participants will receive 3 months of free processing on Paystack, capped at ₦25 million in processed payments.
Priority support
Participants will receive priority support during the 4-week program, with faster help for payment questions, technical issues, product support, and other Paystack-related needs.
Business clinics
Each cohort will join weekly business clinics led by experienced operators, Paystack team members, and subject-matter experts.
The clinics will cover practical topics such as finance, tax, marketing, operations, compliance, customer experience, and using Paystack products more effectively.
Expert office hours
Participants will get access to office hours where they can ask specific questions about their business and receive guidance from people with relevant experience across finance, tax, customer experience, compliance, legal, marketing, and sales.
Welcome kit and completion certificate
Each selected business will receive a Launchpad welcome kit to support them through the program. Businesses that complete the 4 weeks will also receive a Paystack Launchpad completion certificate.
Launchpad community and early product access
After the program, participants will join the Launchpad community, where they can connect with other business owners, access useful updates and opportunities from Paystack, and be considered for early access to relevant Paystack product features.
Who can apply?
Small Business Launchpad is open to active Paystack merchants in Nigeria running small and medium-sized businesses.
Each cohort will include up to 50 selected businesses. Applications will be reviewed to select businesses on a first come, first serve basis.
If your business isn’t on Paystack yet, you can create a Paystack account and start building with us. Launchpad is one of the ways we’re giving businesses on Paystack access to more support as they grow.
Program fee
Small Business Launchpad has a participation fee of ₦150,000 for selected businesses.
The fee helps us create a focused, high-commitment experience and deliver a strong program for every business in the cohort.

What does the participation fee cover?
The fee gives selected businesses access to the full 4-week program, including business clinics, expert office hours, priority support, Paystack product benefits, a welcome kit, a completion certificate, and the Launchpad community.
Participants who complete the program will also receive 3 months of free Paystack processing, capped at ₦25 million in processed payments.
